Speed up Internet Explorer 10 in Windows RT with the help of TPL lists

Out of the box with the Surface running Windows RT, Internet Explorer is slow to load pages.  By enabling TPL lists you can speed up IE performance.  IE is not configured with any TPL lists.  What’s a TPL, check this link

http://ie.microsoft.com/testdrive/browser/trackingprotectionlists/faq.html

To enable open IE in the desktop and choose tools, manage add-ons.

Choose tracking protection.  You will see that list is empty.

Select the get a tracking protection list online.  This will open IE.  Choose EasyList standard and click add.  Choose Fanboy and click add.

Close all the open windows and restart IE, on the desktop and restart IE in Modern UI.

To restart IE in Modern UI, just drag your finger from the top of the screen and drag all the way down.  You should notice a decent speed improvement when loading pages.
